WASHINGTON, DC-Porcelanosa has leased 12,500 square feet of retail space at 11500 Rockville Pike. The retailer presently operates on Rockville Pike and in the Marlo building.
Porcelanosa will open the new Rockville space, which formerly housed an Anthropologie boutique, in Q4. In the lease negotiation, the tenant was represented by Sam Pan and Bob Schwenger from JBG Rosenfeld Retail, while the landlord was represented by Kelly Silverman and Jeff Pollack from Streetsense.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
