ORLANDO-Trade Street Capital has started construction on The Estates at Millenia, an apartment community near the Mall at Millenia in Orlando. The apartment community will include 700 single- and double-bedroom rental units, a modern fitness facility, multi-story parking lot, lawn with barbeque grills and a lap pool.
The Wieland Davco Corporation is the general contractor and Cline Design Associates is the architect of The Estates at Millenia development. The community will be ready by September 2013.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
