TALLAHASSEE, FL-Aspen Square Management has purchased a 505-unit, two-property portfolio in Tallahassee for $6.7 million. The portfolio comprises Palms of Magnolia Apartments located at 1112 South Magnolia Drive and Palms of Apalachee at 2855 Apalachee Parkway.
Las Palmas Apartments is the owner of 277-unit, 224,307-square-foot Palms of Apalachee and Worthington Apartments Limited Partnership is the owner of 228-unit, 230,313-square-foot Palms of Magnolia.
