LAWRENCE, MA-The River Pointe at Den Rock has new owners. The joint venture of Fairfield Residential and Trecap Partners, LLC is purchasing the property for $26.35 million. The deal was arranged by Cushman & Wakefield's capital markets group of Simon Butler, Biria St. John, Mychael Byrne and John McLaughlin. C&W exclusively repped the seller and procured the buyer.
Equity Residential divested of the 174-unit multifamily property with occupancy in the high-90% range. Sitting on 7.2 acres, the six two and three-story garden apartments boast amenities including a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool and a barbeque area, as well as garage parking.
Located off Route 114, 333 Winthrop Ave.'s units range from single-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. The property is adjacent to the 120-acre Den Rock Park, and offers hiking trails throughout the woodlands.
