NEW YORK CITY-The Grand Central Partnership has renewed its lease for 10 years for the ground-floor space and basement at 370 Lexington Avenue. The partnership has been occupying 3,800 square feet in the building since 2001.
The asking rent for the space was $100 per square foot. Sherwood Equities, the landlord, acquired the property in 2008. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by George Twill with Twill Realty, while Jill Burrowes and Adam Weissleder with Sherwood Equities represented their company.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
