Phoenix School of Law Expands into 205,130 SF

PHOENIX-After a two-year search, the school picks One North Central in downtown for its campus.

PHOENIX-Phoenix School of Law has picked One North Central in downtown for its new campus. The school, which received full approval from the American Bar Association in June 2010, inked a 10-year lease for 205,130 square feet of class A office space.

The lease, which includes an option to extend for an additional five years, is the largest to be signed in the Phoenix metro area this year and represents a significant expansion for Phoenix School of Law. The school currently occupies about 100,000 square feet at 4041 N. Central Ave. in the Midtown submarket.
