SOMERSET, NJ- Bergman Real Estate Group and Century 21 Commercial Worden & Green have jointly been named exclusive leasing agent for Tower 270 located at 270 Davidson Avenue in Franklin Township, NJ, the tallest building in Somerset County.
Built in 1987, the entire class A, 230,000-square foot building is vacant and available for lease, with rents starting at $18 per square foot. Other buildings in the county are asking from $14 per square foot to $24.50 per square foot, according to LoopNet. The eight-story building was recently taken over by a private investment group and managed by the ownership’s DeLion Corp.
“We are thrilled to start working on this assignment,” says Michael Bergman, president of Bergman Real Estate Group in Secaucus, NJ. “This distinct, attractive office building will now offer exceptional leasing opportunities and tremendous value for both large and smaller office users."
