Watermark Enters OKC with $25M MF Development

OKLAHOMA CITY-After evaluating the market for eight years, the firm readies a 240-unit project in the Tuscana master-planned community.

OKLAHOMA CITY-After evaluating the market for eight years, Watermark Residential has jumped into the local apartment market. The Indianapolis-based firm is moving forward with the development of a 240-unit luxury multifamily project situated within the 150-acre Tuscana master-planned community.  

Dubbed Watermark at Tuscana, the new apartment property has a price tag of about $25 million, according to Eric Garrett, managing partner for Watermark Residential. The firm will break ground on the project on May 1, he says, adding that it is one of five projects the company currently has under construction or ready to break ground.
