Total Office Planning Services Relocates To Carlstadt

CARLSTADT, NJ-The office furniture company is moving from Queens to a 113,000-square-foot sublease in Bergen County.

CARLSTADT, NJ-Office planning and systems furniture installer Total Office Planning Services (TOPS) is relocating its warehouse facility from Long Island City to a newly subleased 113,000-square foot space at 333 Starke Rd. in Carlstadt, located in Bergen County.

The company will use the space to assemble and distribute office furniture to its corporate clients in Manhattan, says Stephen Elman and Robert Adams of Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford, NJ office and Frank Caccavo of its Edison, NJ operation. They represented both TOPS and the sublessor in the transaction.
