HOUSTON-Transwestern has closed a medical office lease on behalf of 2000 Crawford Mission Investors, the property owner. Dr. Bonnie Word/Houston Travel Medicine has leased the medical office space measuring 1,117 square feet 2000 Crawford in the St. Joseph Professional Building.
In the lease negotiation, the tenant was represented by David Gerber from Gerber Realty, while the landlord was represented by Brandy Bellow and Tim Gregory from Transwestern.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
