Leasing Continues Along Delaware River Waterfront

TRENTON-The Times of Trenton has signed for new space and Public Strategies is renewing at 400 Riverview Plaza, as leasing booms along the waterfront.

TRENTON-The Delaware River waterfront continues to be a leasing destination, as two tenants have signed office leases at 400 Riverview Plaza here, according to Advance Realty, the owner and developer of the 30,000-square-foot, two-story building.

The Times of Trenton has signed for a 5,605-square-foot space on the first floor, relocating from 500 Perry St. The newspaper will move its editorial and advertising staff in a few months after renovations are completed on the space. Government and public relations firm Public Strategies Impact has renewed its 5,435-square-foot space at the building for another five years.
