TALLINN, ESTONIA-Real estate services firm DTZ has entered into an affiliate arrangement with Baltic Property Expert to offer real estate services in the Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The renamed DTZ Baltic will begin operating immediately.

BPE is one of the leading real estate firms in the Baltic States, established in 1993 and now employing 50 people. It offers advisory services encompassing investment agency, leasing, valuation, property management, project management and consultancy.

Menno Maas, DTZ CEO for Central Europe, Middle East and Africa, said DTZ Baltic allows the group to expand into a strategically significant region. “The strength of the region’s export market and solid economic growth forecasts make it a valuable addition to our CEMEA business,” he said.
