Cassidy Turley Expands Retail with McCarty Hire

WASHINGTON, DC-Cassidy Turley is bringing on board a new VP of Retail Property Management to expand this service. Joan McCarty will lead the company’s Mid-Atlantic Retail Management Division. A twenty-year industry veteran, McCarty was most recently with CB Richard Ellis as director, Asset Services. Her hire is part of Cassidy Turley’s push to expand its retail management offerings, William Grillo, senior managing director tells GlobeSt.com. “We currently have a portfolio of 1.5 million square feet of retail under management. Now we are being approached by clients asking us to bid on business.” Grillo says as retail investment sales expand in the DC area, the management end of the business is experiencing an echo boom of growth as well.
