NEW YORK CITY-Uncorked Wine Co. has leased 550 square feet of space at 98 Christopher St. situated between Bedford and Bleecker streets for 10 years. Asking rent was $185 per square foot.
Uncorked will open the store in September. It will replace Michael Shalan's gift store in the building. Clearwater Properties is the owner of the Christopher Street property.
