SADSBURY TWP., PA-Communications Test Design Inc., the telecommunications service company, is renewing its lease at 200 West Stewart Huston Dr. for another five years. The distribution facility clocks 314,521 square feet and will be fully occupied by CTDI.
The property was built in 2004 on 27.9 acres, which can accommodate 89,400-square-feet of expansion. The facility boasts 30-foot clear heights, 24 tailgate doors, a single drive-in door and 14,000 square feet of finished office. BPG would not reveal the price per square foot for the property.
The building was occupied by EB Games until 2006 when BPG Properties Ltd. pucharsed it and moved CTDI in on a five-year lease. The deal was negotiated by John Morrissey of Jackson Cross Partners representing CTDI and Peter Derrico, asset manager of BPG. The telecomm services company is Headquartered in West Chester, PA.
