JERSEY CITY-Robert Martin Co. has named Stasse & Co. as exclusive sales and marketing agent for The Residences at Dixon Mills, the conversion of a factory here into a condominium community with 467 residences. The announcement kick-starts a number of enhancements planned for The Residences at Dixon Mills, including upgrades to the interior public spaces of the community.

“Stasse & Company has a proven track record in the Jersey City market, and we are confident that the team’s expertise will be a driving force in our continued success,” said Greg Berger, principal of Elmsford NY-based Robert Martin Company, developer of The Residences at Dixon Mills. “The significant enhancements we have planned at The Residences at Dixon Mills will contribute to an even greater lifestyle experience at the community, and we look forward to the fresh perspective Stasse & Company will bring to the sales and marketing effort.”

The five-building complex, built by Joseph Dixon in 1847, manufactured a variety of items, including the Dixon Ticonderoga pencil. The community is now home to more than 240 homeowners. Dixon Mills is located three blocks from the Grove Street PATH station.
