TM Advertising Takes 48,000 SF in Victory Plaza

DALLAS-One of the city’s oldest and largest creative shops plans to relocate its headquarters to Victory Park.

DALLAS-TM Advertising, one of the city’s oldest and largest creative shops, plans to relocate its headquarters to Victory Park. The firm leased 48,000 square feet of class A space in Victory Plaza, a two-building office/retail complex in the 75-acre mixed-use development.

The agency, formerly known as Temerlin McClain, currently has offices in downtown at 1717 Main St. It moved downtown in 2007 after spending 25 years in Irving.
