CLINTON, NJ-Critical care company Ikaria has leased 101,641 square feet at Perryville III here, relocating from 6 State Rte. 173 in Clinton, announced Jones Lang LaSalle. Owned by Crown Properties, the 288,566-square-foot Perryville III is located between exits 12 and 13 off Interstate 78.
“We were able to capitalize on the current market conditions and secure a well-located space for Ikaria,” said Tom Reilly, EVP of JLL, which presented Ikaria in the lease. “The amenities-filled atmosphere of 53 Frontage Rd. was attractive as the company sought to expand and enhance its work environment while remaining in Clinton.”
The asking rent was $19 per square foot, according to LoopNet. JLL VP Dino Mattessich and Associate Derek DeMartino worked with Reilly on the deal.
