EATONTOWN, NJ-Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. has been appointed as the exclusive agent for the 200,964-square foot office building located at 246 Industrial Way here.

The building currently has 80,863 square feet available, consisting of units of 5,000 square feet to 67,883 square feet. Current tenants include NACR & L3 Communications. According to LoopNet, the asking rent is $12 per square foot. Rents in Eatontown range from $11 per square foot to $24 per square foot.

The building, located on 18.8 acres off exit 105 on the Garden State Parkway, was recently renovated with upgrades made to the lobby, corridors and restrooms including new flooring, wall covering, lighting, directories and a newly constructed on-site building management office.
