MIAMI-The Foram Group, which is currently developing the once-stalled 600 Brickell, has created a new business division—and appointed a new president. Tracy Story will lead management and leasing for the new business unit.
Story will oversee all assets in Foram’s multiple real estate portfolios across four states, including leasing of 600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza. Story will also direct the third-party leasing and management CB Richard Ellis provides for the firm.
“With the opening of Brickell World Plaza this fall, it was paramount that we had a person of Tracy’s caliber in place to lead our new dedicated business unit, Foram Management and Leasing,” says Loretta Cockrum, founder and CEO of Foram Group. “A trailblazing, ‘smart’, tenant-centered building like ours demands the best in on-site management and leasing, and we are privileged to have Tracy on board.”
Story comes to Foram from CB Richard Ellis, where she was director of asset services for more than four years. She oversaw the management and agency leasing operations in the South Florida market.
“This is an unique opportunity where I will be able to work with former and new colleagues and initially focus on 600 Brickell,” Story says. “I am exited to be associated with this trophy-class property which offers a rare convergence of sustainability and connectivity in that it is both a LEED Platinum property and South Florida's first Cisco Connected Commercial Office Building.”
Story is a Certified Property Manager and LEED Accredited Professional. A licensed real estate salesperson in both Florida and Georgia, she is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association. She is a graduate of Georgia State University.
