FORT LEE, NJ-Jones Lang LaSalle has been named by Hawaii-based James Campbell Company LLC to oversee the leasing and property management of 2200 Fletcher Avenue in Fort Lee.

JLL managing director Thomas Reilly and leasing associate Derek DeMartino will handle the leasing assignment, while managing director Linda Aronson will oversee property management services at the seven-story, 215,280-square-foot office building.

“This is an excellent location that boasts access to a tremendous pool of talent,” says Reilly, who is leading leasing efforts, in a statement. “The building features flexible space, making it attractive to both small and large tenants.”

Tenants at 2200 Fletcher Avenue include television network Telemundo, Collection Services Group and Internet company Max MD. Rents for office space in the area range from $15 per square foot to $32.50 per square foot, according to LoopNet.

“From a management perspective, our focus is geared toward enhancing the value of the asset and providing the highest level of tenant satisfaction,” Aronson says. “We look forward to bringing the strength of our proven programs, procedures, and technologies to this property.”
