BALA CYNWYD, PA-Keystone Property Group (KPG) is purchasing 15 Kings Grant Dr. for $3.69 million from owner-occupier Liberty Mutual. The terms of the sale-leaseback gives Liberty a short-term, two-year lease at the 53,920-square-foot property. When the lease term ends, the revamping of the building will commence.
