Owner 1225 McBride Ave. LLC is searching for healthcare professionals including wound care, sleep center, adult daycare and urgent to occupy the two-story, 185,000-square-foot building near routes 3, 46 and 80. Current tenants include a surgical center, a dialysis center, an orthopedic surgeon, a heart and vascular group and a neurology group. The asking rent, according to LoopNet, is $25 per square foot, but is “negotiable.”
