JACKSONVILLE, FL-CNL Commercial Real Estate has recently brokered three lease deals totaling 19,000 square feet at Spring Lake Business Center, a 230,276-square-foot building in Baymeadows. Deerwood Investors LLC, an associate of BPG Properties Ltd., is the owner of the center.
Gentiva has signed a 7,000-square-foot lease; the National Employee Benefits Administrator has signed a 5,000-square-foot lease; and Precise Home Care has signed a 7,000-square-foot lease at the center.
