PLAINSBORO, NJ-Integra LifeSciences has expanded and extended its lease at 103 Morgan Ln., part of the Enterprise Business Center here, says Colliers International, which represented landlord GRE Morgan Lane LLC and the tenant. Integra, which manufactures medical devices and implants used in neurosurgery, neuromonitoring, neurotrauma and related critical care, will now occupy 36,393 square feet, more than half of the 64,000-square-foot building.

“Integra LifeSciences is expanding and wanted to remain in the building,” says Ward Greer, a senior managing director with Colliers International New Jersey, in a statement. “Both sides were committed to working out an arrangement for the additional space.”

103 Morgan Ln. is near Route 1 and Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike. Other tenants in the building include Supremia International and Progressive Insurance. LoopNet lists the asking rent for the building as $18.50 per square foot, with other rents in the area ranging from $16 per square foot to $21 per square foot.
