MINE HILL, NJ-NAI James E. Hanson has been named by Tarzan Inc. to market an 80-acre parcel that is one of the last developable spaces available in Mine Hill, NJ. The site, located in Morris County, consists of two connected parcels, one of 20 acres and one of 60 acres, located Canfield Avenue and Route 10, near Middlebury Industrial Park. Currently being used as farmland, the tract is zoned for industrial use.

"This offering provides an exceptionally unique opportunity for a builder, developer or user because there is virtually no other land in this area that is available for industrial development," says SVP John J. Schilp, who is marketing the property with VP Barry J. Cohorsky. "The variety of permitted uses should solicit significant attention from the development community."

The property has been approved for manufacturing, scientific research and development, light warehousing, business office and telecommunication towers and antennae uses. According to LoopNet, the asking price is $7.5 million.
