NEW YORK CITY-Another law firm has signed on to move to 11 Times Sq., the SJP Properties-owned building which was constructed on the corner of 42nd Street and Eighth Avenue.

CB Richard Ellis’ Stephen B. Siegel, Peter Turchin, Evan Haskell, Glenn Isaacson, John Termini and James Ackerson represented SJP in the deal, which a CBRE spokesman tells GlobeSt.com is for 17,144 square feet in the 40 story building. Ken Rapp, Christopher Mansfield and Russell Kempf, also at CBRE, represented Zukerman Gore Brandeis & Crossman.

As reported earlier, law firm Proskauer Rose took 406,000 square feet in the building in a 20-year lease. Currently located at 875 Third Ave., Zukerman Gore Brandeis & Crossman anticipates moving to the new space sometime in September, founding partner Jeffrey Zukerman tells GlobeSt.com. “It’s partly expansion,” Zukerman says of the impetus behind the move. “We need more space and our lease here is up.” The firm will gain an additional 6,761 square feet in its new space.
