Second Law Firm Takes Space in 11 Times Square

NEW YORK CITY-Zukerman Gore Brandeis & Crossman takes 17,144 square feet in 11 Times Square, the SJP-owned tower on 42nd and Eighth Avenue.

NEW YORK CITY-Another law firm has signed on to move to 11 Times Sq., the SJP Properties-owned building which was constructed on the corner of 42nd Street and Eighth Avenue.

CB Richard Ellis’ Stephen B. Siegel, Peter Turchin, Evan Haskell, Glenn Isaacson, John Termini and James Ackerson represented SJP in the deal, which a CBRE spokesman tells GlobeSt.com is for 17,144 square feet in the 40 story building. Ken Rapp, Christopher Mansfield and Russell Kempf, also at CBRE, represented Zukerman Gore Brandeis & Crossman.
