GUTTENBERG, NJ-NAI James E. Hanson has been named by owners Dulce and Rodolfo Sanchez to market a brick multifamily apartment building and retail space at 400 70th Street in Guttenberg, NJ, Hudson County.

The asking price is $795,000 for the 3,700-square-foot three-story multifamily site at a corner location. The retail component consists of 1,000 square feet on the ground floor. The retail, according to LoopNet, is topped by a three-bedroom apartment on the second floor, and two three-bedroom apartments on the third floor.

"This building has been well maintained and is perfect for an investor or owner/user," says NAI James E. Hanson SVP Gary P. Sauerborn, in a statement. "Guttenberg, located atop the Hudson Palisade, is a densely populated town home to many New York City commuters. With its prime Hudson County location, there is a ready market for apartments." Sauerborn is handling the marketing with Director of Multifamily Group Enn Kunnapas.
