MARLTON, NJ-Veritas Real Estate Investments has purchased 13000 Route 73 here from Liberty Property Trust for $7.7 million, amounting to $124 per square foot, says the Southern New Jersey Office Division of Colliers International, which represented both the seller and buyer.
The 62,000-square-foot office building, also called 4 Greentree Centre, was built in 1985 as part of the planned community of Greentree. Veritas Real Estate Investments is a management and investment company based in Marlton.
Colliers also has been retain to lease current space, with availabilities ranging from 1,000 square feet to 8,000 square feet. Asking rents for office space range in the area range from $16 per square foot to $40 square foot, LoopNet says.
Major tenants in the building include Bank of America, Foundation Title, Hahnemann University Health, and Avnet. Colliers International’s Jason Wolf and Evan Zweben were the sole brokers in the transaction.
