HOUSTON-Pegasus Investments has closed the purchase of a retail property near Texas 288 in Houston. John F. Charleston Trust of 1998 has bought Jack in the Box, which measures 2,036 square feet at 2709 Reed Road.
The property was sold by San Diego-based Voit Real Estate Services Mulvaney Financial. In the deal, the buyer was represented by Matt Waterman from Pegasus Investments, while the seller was represented in-house by Mark Swerling and Brian Mulvaney.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
