DENVER-Grubb & Ellis Landauer Valuation Advisory Services opened for business in Denver. The office is led by Jaimee Keene, managing director of the Rocky Mountain region.

“Jaimee is a seasoned professional who has developed many relationships focused on a wide range of commercial real estate valuation and appraisals throughout her career,” explains Michael Miller, senior managing director of Grubb & Ellis Landauer’s South Central region. “I’m confident that her knowledge and leadership will greatly benefit the company as we continue to grow in the region.”

Keene brings 10 years of experience in appraisal, underwriting, analysis, litigation and fee assignments. She joins the company from the Rothweiler Group Inc. in Boulder, where she spent five years as a senior appraiser.

“I look forward to helping build Grubb & Ellis Landauer in the Rocky Mountain region and repeat the quick success the company has seen nationally,” says Keene. “With the resources and national platform available, I believe we offer clients a competitive advantage that will help them meet their real estate objectives.”

Keene began her career in 2001 with Rocky Mountain Valuation Specialists focusing on Summit and Eagle Counties. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado. She is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute.

The Denver office is one of more than 30 now serving the valuation needs of commercial real estate owners and users as part of Grubb & Ellis’ entry into the valuation advisory business on a national scale.

Also joining the Denver office is Royce Rowles, senior appraiser. He joins from Colliers International Valuation and Advisory Services, where he began his career in 2005.

Rowles has helped appraise a wide range of properties in 38 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Rowles holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and is a member of the Appraisal Institute.

The company started the New Year with the opening of six new offices of its Grubb & Ellis Landauer Valuation Advisory Services, as GlobeSt.com previously reported, bringing the total at the time to 24 offices in 16 states and the District of Columbia. The company plans to ultimately grow to include hundreds of appraisers with a presence in every key market throughout the US. The six new offices where the leaders started this month are Birmingham, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Bentonville and Fayetteville. Although the offices officially were established at the end of December, the leaders of these offices actually started in January.
