EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ-Sentinel Real Estate Corp. has named CB Richard Ellis as the exclusive leasing agent of Two Tower Center Boulevard, a 400,000-square-foot, class-A office building here.
Located at Route 18 and the New Jersey Turnpike, the building is one of the tallest structures in Central New Jersey. Tenants include PNC Bank, Wipro Technologies, LS Power and CBRE.
"As market activity continues to increase, many tenants are focused on Class-A buildings with full amenity packages in good locations," says Jeremy Neuer, SVP at CBRE’s East Brunswick office. "Two Tower Center is exactly that. It offers a 'flight-to-quality' for many tenants at an affordable price point. For an institutional quality class-A building, it is an amazing value opportunity in the market."
Built in 1988, the 24-story tower is part of a three-building complex that includes another office tower and a 405-room Hilton Hotel, Space is divisible from 2,000 square feet to 35,000 square feet. The asking rent for One Tower Center, the neighboring building is $28.50 per square feet, according to LoopNet.
