Prevarian Senior Living Builds to Market Needs

AUSTIN, TX-Prevarian Senior Living LP currently has two projects underway in Texas in an effort to meet the market needs for assisted living. The Wyoming Springs Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Round Rock recently broke ground on June 2, and the Parks Methodist Retirement Village in Odessa, TX, is set for a $25-million expansion to begin this summer.

Austin, TX-based Trisun Healthcare and Prevarian Senior Living’s Wyoming Springs Assisted Living and Memory Care will be located in Round Rock at 7230 Wyoming Springs Dr. The 90,000-square-foot senior community will feature 102 assisted living units, 32 of which will be dedicated to memory care residents. Accommodations will include small and large private suites, and one- and two-bedroom units with en-suite bathrooms. Upon completion, Prevarian Senior Living will own the building and Trisun will manage the facility. Trisun Healthcare is a subsidiary of Austin-based Harden Healthcare.
