EDGEWATER, NJ-Savanna, the developers of The Peninsula at City Place, has partnered with CANDO Fitness to create a customized health and spa package exclusively for residents of the luxury condominium community along the Hudson River in Edgewater, NJ.
Located at 3211 City Place in Edgewater, the condominium tower features 201 one- and two-bedroom condominium residences. Purchasers will receive a free one-year membership to CANDO, including locker and laundry service, and several pre-paid training and spa sessions. The Peninsula also has a fitness center.

CANDO also has clubs in Short Hills, NJ and Princeton, NJ. Earlier this year Savanna Partners announced a partnership with design showroom BoConcept that provides purchasers with significant discounts on furniture and designer finishes.
