SANTA MONICA, CA-New York City-based retail specialist Robert K. Futterman & Associates has promoted Robert Cohen to president of its Southern California division and Rachel Rosenberg to executive vice president overseeing all Southern California opertions as the company continues its expansion in Southern California. The promotions of Cohen and Rosenberg come at the same time as Futterman has doubled its Los Angeles office space at 233 Wilshire Blvd. to accommodate its now 10-person team.

Cohen, who previously served as executive vice president and managed operations for the office, led the expansion into Southern California in 2007 of RKF, which specializes in retail leasing, investment sales and consulting services. Today, in addition to the tenant work that the firm was known for when it first opened, RKF has also developed its landlord representation business. The office currently has 15 agencies throughout the region in markets including Los Angeles, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Malibu, Burbank, Beverly Hills, Sherman Oaks, and Tarzana, among others.
