LOS ANGELES-Jones Lang LaSalle has recently expanded its capital markets capabilities with the hiring of industry veterans Joe Leon, Michelle Schierberl and Charlie McPhee as managing directors, previously reported. GlobeSt.com’s Natalie Dolce joined Jones Lang LaSalle at a welcoming event to celebrate Leon’s new position at the SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills Wednesday night. The JLL affair brought together nearly 100 deal-makers from every facet of the industry: brokers, developers, investors, mortgage brokers, lenders and the like.
