MAHWAH, NJ- Interstate 330 LLC has acquired the 29,050-square-foot office flex building at 330 Franklin Turnpike here for $2.68 million. NAI James E. Hanson was the sole broker on the transaction, and has been retained to lease 5,000 square feet available at the facility. The new owner will occupy some of the space. The asking rent, according to an April listing on LoopNet is $17.50 per square foot.
"330 Franklin is in great condition,” says NAI James E. Hanson SVP Kenneth D. Lundberg, adding that the buyer will occupy some of the office space and offer the rest for lease. “The quality of the building coupled with the fact that it meets their space requirements greatly appealed to Interstate 330. The property also happens to be in a great Bergen County town with low taxes."
Built in 1983, the building consists of 12,470 square feet of warehouse space and 16,680 square of office space on 1.94 acres. Current tenants include United Refrigeration, John Deere, Alliance Physical Therapy, Recruit Savvy, Executive Binding and ProLog Office Interiors.
