HOUSTON-Englewood, Colorado-based Archstone has started construction on an apartment complex consisting of 474 units near the Texas Medical Center. The 7.6-acre project will come up at the northeast corner of Brompton Road and North Braeswood Boulevard.
Cambridge Builders & Contractors is constructing the complex and the average size of the units in the project is 972 square feet. Archstone secured financing for the project from CrossHarbor Capital and Wells Fargo Bank through Cushman Wakefield Sonnenblick Goldman. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
