SCOTTSDALE, AZ-CORE Realty Partners has joined TCN Worldwide, a global commercial real estate organization. The firm, led by Michael Cavanagh, serves the greater Phoenix metro area, focusing primarily on office development and brokerage.

Founded in 1992, CORE Realty Partners was part of the ONCOR International network for 18 years, but ended that affiliation earlier this year. Meanwhile, TCN Worldwide has not had a presence in the Phoenix area for a few years.

“We like being part of a network – we understand the benefits of one, and when TCN Worldwide approached us four months ago, it became obvious that we would be a good fit,” Cavanagh tells GlobeSt.com, adding that he and his nine-person team are excited to be in a system that allows them to exchange ideas with other member firms. “TCN Worldwide is energized.”
