NEW YORK CITY-Equatorial Guinea is buying an office condo space in a Second Avenue building near the United Nation for an amount of $3.63 million. The country has recently signed a deal for 8,067 square feet of space at 800 Second Avenue.
Equatorial Guinea has plans to consolidate two suites on the third-floor space formerly occupied by the American Payroll Association.
