UPPER SADDLE RIVER, NJ-Cassidy Turley principals Mark Siegler, EVP, and Marc Hirschinger, SVP, have been named exclusive leasing agents for 24 Parkway in Upper Saddle River, NJ. The 41,845-square-foot building has 35,461 square feet available at the flex building, which includes 14,000 square feet of office space on four floors, four tailgate loading docks and a drive-in dock.
"This building benefits from a prime Bergen County location with easy access to many major corridors of transportation," Siegler says. "The availability of a sizeable amount of office space is another plus with this property as is the abundant amount of available parking."
Existing tenants at the building, completed in 1980, include Federal Marketing Corp. The asking rent according to Cassidy Turley’s website is $6.50 per square foot for the warehouse space, $11 per square foot for the office space.
