Kenco Signs On Dotted Line for New 504,286-SF Center

ROBBINSVILLE, NJ-CBRE says the facility will be utilized as a distribution center within the Trenton submarket.

ROBBINSVILLE, NJ-CB Richard Ellis completed of a 504,286-square-foot industrial lease transaction at 100 West Manor Way in Robbinsville, NJ. CBRE’s industrial leasing team of Mindy Lissner, EVP; William Waxman, EVP; Stacey Weinberg, senior associate, and Susan Strauss, client services specialist, represented the tenant, Kenco Logistic Services LLC, in this transaction.

Chuck Fern of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Principal Real Estate Investors. “In this transaction, the tenant, Kenco Logistic Services LLC, a leading provider of integrated logistics solutions, was in search of an industrial facility that could be utilized as a distribution center, which is conveniently positioned within close proximity to New Jersey’s major highways, including the New Jersey Turnpike, in order to provide better service to its Northeast-based clientele,” Lissner says. “In addition to access to local thoroughfares, the tenant also needed a space that would allow them to expand as the company continues to grow its operations. By utilizing CBRE’s vast platform of services, as well capitalizing on our team’s extensive knowledge of the local New Jersey industrial marketplace, we were able to quickly identify this space as the best possible match to suit Kenco’s specific requirements.”
