ATLANTA-Portman Holdings has wooed Jeffrey Warwick to its Atlanta headquarters. Warwick comes on board as the managing directors.

"The current state of the domestic real estate market provides Portman Holdings new opportunities to expand our participation in the United States," says Ambrish Baisiwala, CEO of Portman Holdings. "Jeff brings to the company significant U.S. real estate expertise and experience in the market."

Warwick will lead the company's acquisition platform in the United States. Working closely with Portman Holdings' development, asset management and capital teams, he will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing new deals across target markets as well as interacting with the company's international offices in capital raising and investor relations.

"I am honored to join Portman Holdings, given the broad international platform and exceptional reputation for quality," Warwick tells GlobeSt.com. "We will build on this foundation and strategically build-out the US business. I am confident that our unique approach to real estate value-creation will prove successful, during this phase of the industry cycle and beyond."
