FORT MYERS, FL-Hudson Realty Capital's southeast regional office has expanded its Portfolio Investments and Asset Management expertise by adding two industry veterans. Timothy Hall and Edward Wacker have come on board as vice president and associate, respectively. The real estate fund manager opened its Fort Myers office earlier this year.

“Tim and Ed will play a key role in workouts and restructuring related to Hudson’s recently acquired loan portfolio in partnership with the FDIC,” says Renee Lewis, managing director, portfolio investments at Hudson. “Both also will be instrumental as Hudson continues to grow our presence in the region with additional portfolio acquisitions and direct lending.”

Hall, a resident of Naples, FL, joins Hudson from the regional accounting firm of Thompson, Cobb and Bazilio in Washington, DC, where he was the asset portfolio manager. Previously, he was a board member and chairman of the loan committee for Chesapeake Capital; president and CEO of the Chelsea School in Silver Spring, MD; senior vice president at Provident Bank of Maryland; and group vice president and deputy director of the Real Estate Resolution Group at First American Bank.
