LYNDHURST, NJ-Argo Turboserve Corp. (ATC) has expanded and extended its headquarters lease at Cityview Corporate Center in Lyndhurst, NJ, says Cushman & Wakefield, which represents the pension fund that owns the building.

The supply chain management and nuclear engineering services firm added 5,200 square feet to its space, for a total of 19,840 square feet at 160 Chubb Ave. “ATC is expanding their Industrial Division and corporate infrastructure, and in doing so has recommitted to the property on a long-term basis,” said C&W’s Curtis Foster, based in East Rutherford, NJ. "We were pleased to accommodate ATC’s growth in contiguous space. This building is flexible in that regard - we were able to easily relocate other tenants in order to satisfy the requirement.”

Completed in 1977 and extensively renovated in 2005-2006, the three-story Cityview Corporate Center consists of 138,000 square feet on 8.4 acres near routes 3 and 17, I-80, the Garden State Parkway and New Jersey Turnpike, and NJ Transit. Asking rent is $25 per square foot, according to LoopNet.

ATC was represented by John Friedland and James Klayman of United Realty Advisors, LLC. Kwartler Associates is the managing agent and developer.
