Strasburger Takes 24,000 SF at Perry Brooks Tower

AUSTIN, TX-The global law firm will relocate to the downtown office tower at 720 Brazos St. from One American Center.

AUSTIN, TX-Strasburger & Price LLP has signed a 12-year lease for 24,200 square feet at Perry Brooks Tower. The global law firm will relocate to the downtown office tower at 720 Brazos St. from One American Center.

Luke Wheeler, an associate vice president with Transwestern’s local office, says Strasburger was interested in staying downtown. “The space is a perfect fit for Strasburger,” he says, adding that the 12-story Perry Brooks Tower offered the firm “modern, efficient space” just one block from Congress Avenue.
