MIAMI-1450 Brickell/One Broadway just inked three new restaurant leases. Brickell Deli, Dominique’s Bistro, and a new dining concept from the team behind Miami Beach’s AltaMare will open at the class A office and multifamily residential complex in the months ahead.

Tere Blanca and Danet Linares of Blanca Commercial Real Estate represented landlords 1450 Brickell Park Place at Brickell in the transactions. Financial terms were not disclosed.

In fact, with the opening of these three restaurants, the 1450 Brickell/One Broadway block will have a total of eleven restaurants, the highest concentration of restaurants of any block in the Brickell area.”
