MIAMI-1450 Brickell/One Broadway just inked three new restaurant leases. Brickell Deli, Dominique’s Bistro, and a new dining concept from the team behind Miami Beach’s AltaMare will open at the class A office and multifamily residential complex in the months ahead.
Tere Blanca and Danet Linares of Blanca Commercial Real Estate represented landlords 1450 Brickell Park Place at Brickell in the transactions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
“Our focus has always been to deliver top amenities to the 1450 Brickell and One Broadway tenants,” says Blanca, president and CEO of Blanca Commercial Real Estate. “The addition of these new restaurants will provide office and residential tenants with a host of dining options. In fact, with the opening of these three restaurants, the 1450 Brickell/One Broadway block will have a total of eleven restaurants, the highest concentration of restaurants of any block in the Brickell area.”
The Brickell area has emerged as a retail anchor for the entrance to the Brickell Financial District at S.E. 15th Street. The 1450 Brickell/One Broadway complex, located between Brickell Avenue and South Miami Avenue at the intersection with 15th Street, is already home to Brickell Irish Pub, Pieduck’s Pizza, Puerto Madero, and Sacha’s Caf
