Flaherty & Collins Readies $20M Second Apt Phase

WHITESTOWN, IN- The firm will add seven buildings, bringing the blvd rental project to almost 300 apartments. The first 80 units in Duke’s Anson development are 95% occupied.

WHITESTOWN, IN-Flaherty & Collins has delivered the first of seven buildings in its $20 million second phase of development at the blvd, an apartment complex. The project is at Duke Realty’s Anson master development project, which includes 1,700 acres of residential, retail and industrial along Interstate 65.

The first phase of the blvd had 80 multifamily units. This phase adds another 213 apartments, as well as a new clubhouse, pool, fitness center, dog park and other amenities.
