MIAMI-With two new tenants coming on board, Southeast Financial Center has inked a total of 7,120 square feet of leases. That translates to more than 1 million square feet of occupancy in the 1.23 million-square-foot tower in Downtown Miami. The latest tenants to enter the building are Diversified Search and Principal Lenders Group.

Diversified Search is an executive search firm, the largest female-founded and operated firm in the nation. The company signed a long-term lease renewal and expanded its space by 1,303 square feet. Diversified Search now takes up 4,281 square feet on the 35th floor of the tower. Principal Lenders Group, a hard equity real estate loan financier, signed a new long-term lease for 2,839 square feet on the 29th floor.

“Southeast Financial Center continues to hold the distinction of containing the most occupied office space of any office tower in Florida and each additional tenant we sign contributes to that success,” Donald Cartwright, senior vice president with Jones Lang LaSalle, tells GlobeSt.com. “However, equally impressive is the significance of these new deals that speak directly to a recovering economy, job growth and financial confidence.”
